Great people, lovely garden setting and a wonderful place for a staycation. the hosts went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We were asked our meal preferences and the kids loved the familiar foods. the rooms are cozy, homely, and clean. I particularly enjoyed the porch where we breathed fresh air and sat under the warm weather. Located near a university and shopping, this property is very convenient.

This budget-friendly boutique hotel is full of character and charm. the hosts are incredibly welcoming, offering helpful suggestions and even making dinner reservations. the rooms are tastefully decorated and include comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and even private gardens. Guests can also enjoy a delicious breakfast in the elegant dining room, complete with freshly cut flowers and quality cutlery. the hotel is conveniently located in a quiet and relaxing spot, close to several local attractions.
Some guests may find the lack of complimentary toiletries to be a downside.

We had a great Christmas stay in a beautifully restored Victorian home, complete with period furniture. The breakfasts were always delicious and perfectly cooked. We particularly enjoyed being able to eat them in the lovely garden. The location was perfect for our needs, close to the race we were attending.
There was a water outage during our stay, which meant no showering on Christmas morning. However, this was out of the hosts' control and they did everything they could to make us comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptional in accommodating my special requests during my race. The location was perfect, with easy access to supermarkets and the start of the race. The facilities were superb, with secure parking behind walls and remote control. I must say the breakfast was excellent in quality and selection.
Nothing that I didn't like.
